Pinot noir Triangl is made exclusively in the best years, which 2017 certainly was. Cold nights on our Gaj way within the Levač wine region allow, in dry and warm years as well, for Pinot noir to keep its freshness and characteristic type aromatics. Pinot noir Triangl is made with very complex technology. We use three means of vinification which take a lot of manual labor. Also, among the first in this part of the world, we use Ganimede vinificators. We don't press the grapes, whole berries macerate and ferment, afterwards the young wine is drained by free fall and transferred into setting dishes and finally into french barriques (228 liters) where the wine sits for 12 months. Compared to Pinot noir from the classic line, this wine is fuller and more complex. Strong and at the same time elegant Pinot noir, distinctly complex with aromas of dark fruit like plum and cherry with an abundance of tertiary aromas characteristic of this type. On the palate, the wine is full, smooth and soft with a very harmonious ratio of acids, alcohol and tanines.
