Lastar CRU 3 is a blend sourced from three Chardonnay vineyard plots. Pronounced fruit character, highlighted by citrus aromas and orchard fruits, brings freshness and vibrancy, perfectly complemented by crisp acidity and a precise finish. The wine is produced in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation temperature is carefully controlled to preserve the fruity and varietal characteristics of the grape. This approach ensures that the wine’s freshness remains distinctive both on the nose and on the palate. By employing these winemaking techniques, we are able to express in every glass the unique character and terroir of our wine-growing region.
